Refreshing Fruit Infused Water Recipe

Looking for a way to cool down this summer? Well, nothing's better than refreshing fruit infused water to keep you energized. These are super quick and easy to make and perfect for your summer picnic. Ready? Let's get started!



 
 Ingredients: Serves 2
chilled drinking water
1 lemon
a handful of blueberries
a couple of mint leaves
1-2 strawberries

I made my infused water in these two glass mason jar cups. (In case you were wondering, the pink one is tinted on the bottom). Aren't they super cute?
The first step to create this fruit infusion is to start by slicing our lemon and strawberry. Just cut them across the width and cut the lemon slice again in half to get it to fit into your cup. 
Then after gathering the mint and blueberries, all you have to do is divide the ingredients into both cups and fill them with drinking water!


And we're done! Simple, right? Also, the possibilities are limitless so try mixing up different fruits and herbs to create new flavors. Fruit infused water is always a win-win because it offers the benefits (like vitamins) that are contained in the fruit, so instead of drinking plain water, you can now get more nutrients! Yay!
